RAA Foundation was established as a tax-exempt, charitable 501(c)(3) corporation in 1995. The Foundation’s primary mission is to help financially support Adventist Christian education, and in particular to help support the financial needs of Redwood Adventist Academy (RAA). The Foundation’s specific focus is to help finance student tuition assistance as well as assisting in funding other educational needs of the Academy. RAA Foundation accomplishes this by raising investment capital and financial assets to grow its existing Endowment Fund through ordinary donations and planned gifting through Estate Planning Donations. Based upon the interest and dividends earned, the Endowment then distributes these earnings to RAA according to its by-laws and directives. Reaching out to the student’s parents, former alumni, constituency church members, and to our local business community enables us to raise the awareness of the funds necessary to support the ongoing needs of Redwood Adventist Academy and its students.
